2. We supervise the product quality throughly before packing to ensure the item is in good condition.
3, On-sale items or items under special offers are neither returnable nor refundable.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.
1. Returning period
- West Malaysia: 7 days from the date you received it.
- East Malaysia: 10 days from the date you received it.
2. The item must be in good condition / same condition that you received it.
3. The item must be in original packaging.
4. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Once we receive your item, we will have inspection and notify you through mail that we have received your returned item.
2. There will be no refund if the returned item is found to be misused or damaged by the customer.
3. There will be a refund if the returned item is rejected due to the manufacturing defects.
4. We will notify you about the status through mail and if refund is approved, we will initiate the process through iPay88 system.
5. Refund usually takes 7 - 14 working days in completion.
1. Fill up the returned consignment notes as agreement in using our delivery agent, in other words, there will be no shipping charges. In case of parcel loss in shipment transit, our delivery agent will undergo investigation.
2. We will not be responsbile for any incidents happened during the shipment transit if you are not using our returned consignment notes.
