Q. How do I buy online?
1. How to purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase:

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

2. Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Q. Online payment
1. What is the product's transaction currency?

All product's transaction currency is done in Ringgit Malaysia, MYR. 

2. What are the payment methods available?
We offers Payment Method via iPay88, that comes in 2 options: 

  • Visa or Mastercard / Internet banking
  • FPX (Financial Process Exchange) / Saving account


Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we receive payment. 


Q. Delivery 
1. What are the available options of delivery agent? 

  • Pos Laju
  • DHL e-Commerce


2. How much is the delivery charges?
It depends on the parcel's weight and dimension. 


​​3. How long does the delivery usually takes?

  • West Malaysia: 5 - 7 working days 
  • East Malaysia:  8 - 14 working days
     

4. Is pickup from store available?
Yes! We welcome self-collection at our warehouse and there will be no shipping charges. Here are the details:

Note: Kindly reach us and let us know your pickup time so we could get your orders ready. 


Q. Content of received parcel 
The parcel usually comes in a paper carton box. Fragile sticker will be used on breakable items such as dinnerware and glassware. 

What are included in a received parcel? 

  • The ordered item
  • Layers of packaging such as bubble wrap, paper / paperboard
  • Invoice of your order. 
    Note: Please request the invoice from us if it is not in the parcel. The invoice serves as receipt, which is also your proof of purchase with us. 

Q. Order amendment 
1. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?       
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status and not paid. 
Note: Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q. Clearance sales
Clearance sales is only applicable on certain items with the discounted price stated, within certain period only. 
Note: Sale items are neither returnable nor refundable.

1. Where are the products purchased? 

  • Q'tessence dinnerware and cutleries: Our own exclusive brand. Made in China. 
  • Ocean glassware: Our representative brand. Made in Thailand. 
  • Lucaris glassware: Our representative brand: Made in Thailand. 
  • Miscellaneous items: China 


2. Why are the items sometimes out of stock? 
Due to the popularity and supply issues, the item may not always be available. Nevertheless, we schedule batch order from supplier in monthly basis for stock-replenishment. If you wish to secure and reserve the item, please click at "My Wish List" at the footer. 


Q. Amendment/update of personal details 
1. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log in your account and you'll see "Overview".  


Personal information

  1. At left side bar, choose "My profile" under "My account". 
  2. Click "Edit My Profile" to edit your personal information.
  3. Click "Save" after changes is completed. 


Shipping address

  1.  At left side bar, choose "My addresses" under "My account".
  2. Click "Edit My Address" to edit your existing address. 
  3. Click "Save" after changes is completed.
  4. To add new address, click "My addresses" under "My account". Click "Add New Address" on top right to key in new address. Click "Save" after changes is completed. 

Q. Website-related questions
1. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. On top right of header, click "Login". 
  2. Click "Forgot password?". 
  3. Type in the registered e-mail address in the blank provided. Click "Continue". 
  4. A mail with new password is sent to the mailbox. 
  5. Type in your e-maill address and the new password. Click "Log in". 
  6. You''ll see "Overview" page of your account.  At left side bar, choose "Change password" under "My account" . Type in your desired password in the blanks provided. Click "Save" after changes is completed.
